We believe in the individual and that a path exists to B-R.E.A.D.Y. (Results Earned After Dedicating Yourself) for whatever your next challenge may be. I graduated from Stonehill College in 2017 with a B.A. in Health Science and Healthcare Administration. After four years as a member of the women’s soccer program, earning All-America honors as a goalkeeper, I knew the path of health & wellness was my calling. I earned my M.S. in Coaching & Exercise Science in 2020, and in 2021 obtained my NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach accreditations. I trained and studied with the mentality to always be ready. To be ready for whatever opportunities came my way; to be ready for any moment!

As the owner of Blocked Fitness I am passionate about progress, goal setting, and enjoying the process. Fitness and athletics fueled me to succeed as a collegiate student-athlete. Now as a professional, I want to help you on your path to achieving daily goals and living your BEST life.
